Twin Donuts is a classic. Perfect diner-style breakfast sandwiches and tasty iced coffee served in giant styrofoam Coke cups that I didn't even know they make any more. The servers are curt, but I promise that is integral to the charm. This place feels like a slice of bygone city life. I hope it stays open forever.

I'll admit it. I have been really bad about visiting the restaurants and food around me because my thought process is that it will always be here which in a way is false sprinkled with a little bit of truth. Anyway, a girl loves her breakfast so I decided to try Twin donuts, which is a very very chill and cheap diner in Allston. I was not disappointed. The pancakes were massive and I got some much needed home fries. It is a very small space and you order at the counter and find a spot to sit at. The chai tea latte I got was so freaking delicious. My friend got an egg and toast combo. I think we spent like $30ish for everything we got which is insane. The owners were also very nice. On a saturday they were busy but a lot of people were also taking food to go. A great spot to get some cheap breakfast food after a long night out just grab something to go. $ Food 7 Atmosphere 6 Service 7

You ever wake up in Bahston and wonder.. how am I going to survive this incurable hangover? Is there any way I'm going to be a functional human being again? Well have no fear, twin donuts is here. Step inside to this classic jaunt to experience what Beantown is all about. Fresh donuts, hot coffee and a gritty diner vibe that will leave you feeling like an entirely new person. Let's not forget the sneaky good clam chowda on the breakfast menu. Twin for the win baby!

This place is a local gem! If you're familiar with the Allston area, you've probably seen Twin Donuts before. I've been wanting to try it, seeing as it's very visible on the corner of two intersecting streets. Food: I got the classic 2 eggs with corned beef hash and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I love corned beef hash and this one did not disappoint! It wasn't too greasy, it was packed with flavor, and had beautiful crispy edges! The potatoes and beef blended very well together. The breakfast potatoes were also so unique and I loved the crust on the bottoms of the potatoes. The sandwich was solid and very cheap but flavor-wise wasn't anything crazy. Ambiance: This breakfast joint is owned by a lovely Vietnamese couple. The interior of the restaurant is very casual and people are normally in and out of here. I loved the homey feel of the place. Price: The prices are ridiculously good, to the point where I'm not sure how they even get a profit. The sandwich was less than $5 and the eggs and hash dish was around $10. The prices are some of the lowest in the city and the food was worth it. Overall, would definitely go again! Perfect after a night out

Great freshly made donuts and tasty, reasonably priced breakfast options. My son and I came here two days in a row and had the best, inexpensive but well made hearty breakfasts. Highly recommend.

Normally I don't review breakfast places because they all kinda taste the same to me but I really enjoyed this one. My extent of donut experience is Dunks, Krispy Kreme, and Blackbird, and while they are all edible, Twin Donuts tops them all with donuts that just slightly crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. Honey dipped is the way to go! I'm not a coffee connoisseur by any means (yet), but I really liked their chocolate raspberry iced coffee, especially because I could drink it black (and usually I need a lot of sugar to drink coffee), it tasted good, and was reasonably priced as a little over $3. Would definitely recommend!

THE BEST DONUT SHOP IN BOSTON. Yes. I said it. Where else can you get a donut for $0.85 cents?! And they have some classic varieties: bouncy soft white sugar powdered lemon-filled donuts, heftier cake donuts, which are dense and moist with a crispy crust. Also, they serve a mean breakfast. I recommend the croissant sandwich with egg and cheese, as well as their egg plates. You can feed a family of 4 without going over $25 bucks.

When you are craving a simple and delicious diner style breakfast, Twin Donuts is the spot! I have passed by this restaurant many years and finally decided to stop by 1 day when I woke up super early and was craving breakfast! They have a wide selection of items for breakfast, from sweet to savory. If you are hungry you can get one of their breakfast combos. But if you just want something small, you can get a breakfast sandwich. At this restaurant, if you want to dine in, ask the servers for a table and they will give you the menus. If you want to order your breakfast to go, just go up to the counter to place your order. I tried the breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese on english muffin with an order of french toast on the side. My friend ordered the breakfast combo which comes with corned beef hash, french toast, home fries, and 2 eggs. Everything was made to order and was super delicious. With the restaurant name "Twin Donuts." We can't leave this place without trying one of their donuts. So we also ordered a honey dew donut to try. I also ordered the ice coffee which was surprisingly good!
